Oleg Vladimirovich GORSHENIN

Oleg Gorshenin is a member and secretary of the working group established by President Putin in Dec 2022 that is tasked with coordinating the mobilization efforts of the Russian Federation to support its war of aggression against Ukraine. Beyond his role in the working group he serves as the head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation in the rank of Major General which is tasked with coordinating activities of the Russian military forces including those deployed in the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, Oleg Gorshenin is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Oleg Gorshenin est membre et secrétaire du groupe de travail créé par le président Poutine en décembre 2022 chargé de coordonner les efforts de mobilisation de la Fédération de Russie pour soutenir sa guerre d’agression contre l’Ukraine. Outre son rôle au sein de ce groupe de travail, il est chef du Centre national de contrôle de la défense de la Fédération de Russie au rang de général de division, chargé à ce titre de coordonner les activités des forces militaires russes, y compris celles déployées dans le cadre de la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Par conséquent, Oleg Gorshenin est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
