Description | Educational institution. Following an agreement in 2001 between the Northeast Asia Foundation for Education and Culture (NAFEC), a non-profit based in Seoul, South Korea, and DPRK authorities, the Pyongyang University of Science and Technology (PUST) was inaugurated in 2010. The university functions under the governance of the NAFEC Board of Directors.
