LLC Alabuga Machinery is also a subsidiary (100 %) of the LLC Alabuga Development, which is a subsidiary (100 %) of the JSC “Alabuga” Special Economic Zone of Industrial and Production Type (listed by the Union since 18 December 2023), which is thus the indirect owner of LLC Drake. LLC Drake is used in a scheme to import and assemble the Iranian Shahed-136 drones provided to Russia, and it plays an important role in the supply chain of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles used by the Russian military during its attacks on the territory of Ukraine. Therefore, LLC Drake is responsible for supporting, materially or financially, actions which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. In addition, it is associated with JSC “Alabuga” Special Economic Zone of Industrial and Production Type, also responsible for supporting, materially or financially, actions which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
