Adib Muhanna

ابن غسان مهنا، أي أنه ابن خال رامي مخلوف. مرتبط بمخلوف وسيرياتل. فرضت عليه العقوبات الأمريكية في 23/12/2016. يحمل شهادة ادارة الأعمال تخصص استثمار وتمويل عقاري من جامعة ريدينغ -انكلترا كما يحمل شهادة ماجستير في ادارة الاعمال اختصاص ادارة دولية من جامعة سواس -لندن وحاصل على بكالوريوس في هندسة العمارة من الجامعة الامريكية في بيروت عين في مجلس ادارة بنك سوريا الدولي الاسلامي من 2016 حتى 2017 ممثلا عن شركة البشائر وفي مجلس ادارة سيريتل ممثلا عن شركة راماك

Adib Muhanna (a.k.a. Mhanna, Mouhanna) is the son of Ghassan Muhanna, that is, he is the cousin of Syrian regime insider Rami Makhlouf. Muhanna is an associate of Makhlouf and Syriatel. He holds a business administration degree majoring in investment and real estate finance from the University of Reading in England. He also holds an MBA in international management from SOAS University-London, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the American University of Beirut. He was appointed to the board of directors of the Syria International Islamic Bank from 2016 until 2017 as a representative of Al-Bashaer Company and on the board of directors of Syriatel, representing Ramak. Muhanna served as the business front to Rami Makhlouf in purchasing real-estate, in order to evade sanctions on Makhlouf, and served as the unofficial manager of Cham Holding. US sanctions were imposed on him on 23 December 2016.
