Appointed on 29 December 2022 by decree of President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation as the Prosecutor of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic”, under the authority of the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation. In taking on and acting in this capacity, he is therefore supporting actions and policies which undermine the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Nommé le 29 décembre 2022 par décret du président Vladimir Poutine de la Fédération de Russie en tant que procureur de la soi-disant "République populaire de Louhansk", placé sous l’autorité du ministère public de la Fédération de Russie. En assumant cette fonction et en cette qualité, il soutient donc des actions et des politiques qui compromettent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
