Muhammad Hamsho is a Syrian businessman, member of the Syrian People’s Assembly, general secretary of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce (FSCC) since 2014, and chairman of Hamsho International Group and Syrian-Chinese Business Council. He holds a Master of Business Administration (2005) from the Higher Institute of Business Administration (HIBA) in Syria. He was sanctioned by the US on 4 August 2011, and by the EU on 23 May 2011.
