Deputy Chairman of the Leninsky District Court of Brest, former Judge of the Leninsky District Court of Brest

In his position as judge of the Leninsky District Court of Brest, Andrei Hrushko is responsible for numerous politically motivated rulings against peaceful protesters, in particular by sentencing activists, recognized as political prisoners, and minors. He is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations and seriously undermining the rule of law, as well as the repression of civil society and democratic opposition. He currently serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Leninsky District Court of Brest.

En sa qualité de juge au tribunal du district Leninsky à Brest, Andreï Hrouchko est responsable d’un grand nombre de décisions prononcées contre des manifestants pacifiques pour des motifs politiques; il a notamment condamné des militants reconnus comme prisonniers politiques, et des mineurs d’âge. Il est donc responsable de graves violations des droits de l’homme et de graves atteintes à l’état de droit, ainsi que de la répression de la société civile et de l’opposition démocratique. Il occupe actuellement les fonctions de vice-président du tribunal du district Leninsky à Brest.

Obywatel Białorusi Andriej Gruszko jest zastępcą przewodniczącego Sądu Rejonu Lenińskiego m. Brześć, zaangażowanym w masowe łamanie praw człowieka na Białorusi. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatela Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
