By Presidential Decree No. 412 of 23 April 2023, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin established the group Almaz Antey, which has become one of the largest holdings of the Russian military-industrial complex. JSC FNPTS NNIIRT is part of that holding. 1L125 “Niobium-SV” from the “Nebo” family of locators, created by JSC FNPTS NNIIRT, are used in the war of aggression against Ukraine. JSC FNPTS NNIIRT has been developing a new radar for military air defence, which has received the current designation “Niobium-SV”. These stations are in service in the Russian army. Thus, JSC FNPTS NNIIRT is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, it is associated with Joint Stock Company Almaz-Antey air and space defence corporation.

JSC FNPTS NNIIRT a mis au point un nouveau radar pour la défense aérienne militaire, qui a reçu la dénomination actuelle de “Niobium-SV”. Ces stations sont en service dans l’armée russe.
