In Annex XXXI (p. 112) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2014 report, Footnote 31 claims the "Victoria 2" (IMO: 8312227) was renamed from "Buyon". However, neither any other Panel report nor Equasis lists this alias. Instead, this vessel used the name "Bu Yon 2/Buyon 2" before. In Annex 61 (p. 309) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2022 report, this vessel is misspelled as "RYONG HWA 3". According to Equasis, this vessel has been a total loss since September 2021.
