Apti Alaudinov jest generałem dywizji Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnętrznych Federacji Rosyjskiej i pełni funkcję sekretarza Czeczeńskiej Rady Bezpieczeństwa oraz dowódcy czeczeńskiego batalionu Ramzana Kadyrova „Achmat", prowadzącego działania bojowe na terenie Ukrainy. Wymieniony od 2020 roku objęty jest sankcjami zakazu wjazdu do Wielkiej Brytanii i zamrożeniem kont bankowych, aktualnie nie jest ujęty w spisach listy sankcyjnej Unii Europejskiej. Apti Alaudinov ze względu na powiązania o charakterze osobistym, organizacyjnym, gospodarczym lub finansowym, jest bezpośrednio związany z osobami dysponującymi środkami finansowymi, funduszami oraz zasobami gospodarczymi w rozumieniu rozporządzenia 269/2014, bezpośrednio wspierającymi agresję Federacji Rosyjskiej na Ukrainę rozpoczętą w dniu 24 lutego 2022 r. Istnieje prawdopodobieństwo wykorzystania dysponowanych przez niego środków finansowych, funduszy lub zasobów gospodarczych w celu bezpośredniego lub pośredniego wspierania agresji na Ukrainę.
