Anna Tsivileva is the Chair of the Foundation “Defenders of the Fatherland”. She is the wife of Sergey Evgenievich Tsivilev, who is Governor of the Kemerovo Oblast. She is also a relative of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The Foundation “Defenders of the Fatherland” plays an important role in the war of aggression against Ukraine as it supports veterans who have taken part in the military actions in Ukraine. The Foundation also operates in the illegally occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts and Crimea. The Foundation has concluded agreements with multiple other organisations and local governments for the purposes of supporting the veterans of the war of aggression.
