Artem Marchevskyi is a former Ukrainian politician, who is closely associated with Viktor Medvedchuk, a former Ukrainian politician and businessperson. As of April 2022, Artem Marchevskyi has been under investigation in absentia by the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine for acts against Ukraine. Artem Marchevskyi played a key role in the acquisition of a media brand, Voice of Europe, and the incorporation of its activity in a limited liability company of the same name domiciled in Prague. As the concealed head of Voice of Europe, Artem Marchevskyi has played an instrumental role in disseminating concerted disinformation and biased narratives aimed at undermining the credibility and public image of Ukraine and its efforts to defend itself against Russia’s war of aggression. Artem Marchevskyi has used Voice of Europe as a vehicle for funnelling financial resources designated for the remuneration of propagandists, and for the building of an influence network connecting Medvedchuk and his associates with representatives of political parties in Europe. Therefore, Artem Marchevskyi is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Artem Marchevskyi est un ancien homme politique ukrainien, qui est étroitement associé à Viktor Medvedchuk, ancien homme politique et homme d’affaires ukrainien. Depuis avril 2022, Artem Marchevskyi fait l’objet d’une enquête par défaut menée par le bureau national d’enquête ukrainien pour des actes contre l’Ukraine. Artem Marchevskyi a joué un rôle clé dans l’acquisition d’une marque médiatique, Voice of Europe, et dans la constitution de son activité en société à responsabilité limitée du même nom, domiciliée à Prague. Artem Marchevskyi, qui dirige secrètement Voice of Europe, a joué un rôle déterminant dans la diffusion de la désinformation concertée et des discours biaisés visant à nuire à la crédibilité et à l’image publique de l’Ukraine ainsi qu’à ses efforts pour se défendre contre la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie. Artem Marchevskyi a utilisé Voice of Europe comme moyen d’injection des ressources financières destinées à rémunérer des propagandistes, et pour bâtir un réseau d’influence reliant Medvedchuk et ses associés à des représentants de partis politiques en Europe. Par conséquent, Artem Marchevskyi soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
