Yevgeny Alexandrovich PRIMAKOV

Yevgeny Primakov is the Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), a federal executive body responsible for rendering state services and managing state property to support and develop international relations between the Russian Federation and the member-states of the Commonwealth of Independent States and other foreign countries, as well as in the sphere of international humanitarian cooperation. Rossotrudnichestvo actively organises international events aimed at consolidating a wider public perception of the occupied Ukrainian territories as Russian. As the Head of the organisation, Yevgeny Primakov has clearly manifested support for Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. He is therefore responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Yevgeny Primakov est chef de l’agence fédérale pour les affaires de la Communauté des États indépendants, les compatriotes vivant à l’étranger et la coopération humanitaire internationale (Rossotrudnichestvo), un organisme exécutif fédéral chargé de fournir des services publics et de gérer des biens publics pour soutenir et développer les relations internationales entre la Fédération de Russie et les États membres de la Communauté des États indépendants et d’autres pays étrangers, ainsi que dans le domaine de la coopération humanitaire internationale. La Rossotrudnichestvo organise activement des événements internationaux visant à faire en sorte que le grand public perçoive les territoires ukrainiens occupés comme étant russes. En tant que chef de l’organisation, Yevgeny Primakov a clairement manifesté son soutien à la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Il est donc responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
