العماد علي حسن صقر أصلان. رئيس أركان الجيش السوري السابق وعضو اللجنة المركزية للفرع الإقليمي السوري لحزب البعث العربي الاشتراكي تحت قيادة الرئيس السوري الراحل حافظ الأسد. يعمل حاليا كمستشار عسكري في القصر الرئاسي. أصبح مسؤولا عن وحدة الجيش السوري المشاركة في لبنان في الفترة من 1976 إلى 1979 وأشرف على حرب مائة يوم ضد الميليشيات المسيحية القوات اللبنانية لبشير الجميل. تم تعيينه قائد الفيلق الثاني السوري وترقى إلى رتبة فريق أول في يوليو 1984. في عام 1989 تم تعيينه مساعد رئيس أركان الجيش السوري ليصبح الدماغ العملي الحقيقي للجيش السوري. وبعدها انتقل إلى رئاسة الأركان

The former Syrian army chief and the Central Committee of the Syrian Regional Branch of the Socialist Baath Party under the leadership of the late Syrian president Hafez al-Assad. He is currently working as a military adviser in the presidential palace. He became responsible for the Syrian army unit involved in Lebanon from 1976 to 1979 and oversees a hundred-day war against Christian militias for Lebanese forces for Jamila. He was appointed as the leader of the Syrian Corps and upgraded the first team in July 1984. In 1989, he was appointed Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the Syrian Army to become the real practical brain of the Syrian army. And then moved to the presidency of the corners
