President of the State Radio-TV company since 28 Dec 2010. Describing himself as an authoritarian democrat, he was responsible for promoting state propaganda on TV, propaganda which supported and justified the repression of the democratic opposition and of civil society after the elections in December 2010. Democratic opposition and civil society are systematically highlighted in a negative and derogatory way using falsified information.

Travel ban according to article 3 paragraph 1 and financial sanctions according to article 1 do not apply until 15 March 2016.

As the Chairman of Belaya Rus, a major pro-Lukashenka organization, Genadz Davydzka is one of the main propagandists of the regime. In his support for Lukashenka, he frequently used inflammatory language, and encouraged the violence of the state apparatus against peaceful protesters. He is therefore supporting the Lukashenka regime.

Obywatel Białorusi Henadz Davydzka jest członkiem Izby Reprezentantów Zgromadzenia Narodowego RB. Brał udział w uchwalaniu prawa mającego na celu represjonowanie obywateli Białorusi. Z informacji posiadanych przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego wynika, że wjazd i pobyt obywatela Białorusi stanowią zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dotychczasowa aktywność wymienionej osoby sytuuje ją jako zwolennika reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki. Taka postawa w obliczu rosyjskich działań wojennych na Ukrainie, wsparcia logistycznego i politycznego udzielonego Moskwie przez władze białoruskie, a także toczonej wobec Rzeczypospolitej wojny hybrydowej stwarza poważne ryzyko prowokacji lub wywołania incydentów skutkujących uszczerbkiem dla pozycji międzynarodowej RP.
