Former Chief of Staff and First Deputy Commander of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In his former leadership position as First Deputy Commander of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was responsible for the repression and intimidation campaign led by the Internal Troops under his command in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, in particular arbitrary arrests and ill-treatment, including torture, of peaceful demonstrators as well as intimidation and violence against journalists. He was passed to the military reserve. He has the right to wear military uniform and insignia.

Dans le cadre de ses anciennes fonctions dirigeantes de premier commandant adjoint des forces internes du ministère de l’intérieur, il a été responsable de la campagne de répression et d’intimidation menée par lesdites forces internes sous son commandement à la suite de l’élection présidentielle de 2020, en particulier d’arrestations arbitraires et de mauvais traitements, y compris la torture, de manifestants pacifiques, ainsi que d’intimidations et de violences à l’encontre de journalistes. Il est devenu réserviste. Il a le droit de porter l’uniforme et des insignes militaires.
