Association of German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA)

AUMA provides accreditation referred to as the “German Trade Fair Quality Abroad” (“GTQ”) label to Iranian trade fairs. AUMA also lists 74 Iranian conferences – in many cases organized by, populated with, or otherwise featuring sanction designated and GOI and GOI-affiliated entities – in its database. AUMA has seen fit, for instance, to award its prestigious GTQ label to the Iran International Exhibition of Mine, Mining, Construction Machinery & Related Industry & Equipment (“ConMin”), which regularly features the Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development and Renovation (“IMIDRO”).
