According to Paragraph 98 (p. 45) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2019 report, "on 9 June 2018, Zimbabwe provided evidence of the deregistration of the Mansudae Boka Design Company and the closure of its bank accounts". In Annex 17-1 (p. 325) of the UN Panel of Experts February 2017 report, the Panel recommends the Mansudae Overseas Project Group of Companies for designation. The designation "includes all Mansudae operations and subsidiary branches world-wide". The respective report does not further specify the extent of this recommendation. Possibly, this entity was included.
