In Annex 89 (p. 221) of the UN Panel of Experts February 2016 report, this vessel is referred to as "BLUENOVELL" in a correspondence with a person of interest. The alias "Greenlight" is not mentioned in any Panel report, but used in Annex III of UNSC Resolution 2270 (2016).
