Descriptions

According to Paragraph 74 (p. 35) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2020 report, this vessel continued operations in 2019 even after being recorded as "broken up" on a maritime database. The vessel status was later updated and no longer "broken up" according to Footnote 114 (p. 36) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2020 report. In Annex 27 (p. 140) of the UN Panel of Experts August 2020 report, the Panel misspells the (fraudulent) alias "Hua Hai" as "Hu Hai".
