According to Paragraph 167 (p. 58-59) of the UN Panel of Experts February 2016 report, the Panel reiterated its conclusion to add KORTEC as an alias of the designated Korea Ryonha Machinery Joint Venture Corporation. Due to KORTEC being a foreign office that has relationship to the main company, it has a separate entry in this database.
