أصدرت وزارة التجارة الداخلية وحماية المستهلك ، القرار رقم /754/، بتاريخ 3/4/2017، صادقت فيه على النظام الأساسي المعدل لـالشركة السورية المصرية المشتركة للخدمات النفطية. تختص الشركة: في مجال الحفر، وإصلاح، وصيانة الآبار، ونقل معدات الحفر، وصيانتها، وتأجيرها، وحفر آبار المياه، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ برامج المسح الاهتزازي ثنائي وثلاثي الأبعاد، وجميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالمسح الجيوفيزيائي، ومعاجة عمليات المسح على الحاسوب، وخدمات توجيه، وقياسات الميل للآبار، والأعمال الإنشائية اللازمة للحفر، وخدمات الورش لصيانة معدات الحفر، والإنتاج، وحفر آبار المياه. تأسست الشركة السورية المصرية للخدمات النفطية عام 1996، مقرّها الرئيسي دمشق، الجمهورية العربية السورية
