Globus develops and produces: Oka and Oka-E-1 complexes, designed to prepare for combat use, and to monitor the technical condition of, airborne guided weapons; automated control and test stations (ACIS) for monitoring the technical condition of Buk-M1, Buk-M2 and Buk-M1-2 air defence systems, Kashmir, Shtil and Shtil-1 naval air defence systems; and ACIS monitoring the technical condition of the S-300V, S-300VM air defence systems and automated systems monitoring the technical condition of the 3M-24 products and their modifications of the Uran-E complex and other military products. Those products are used by Russia in the war against Ukraine. Therefore, Evgeniy Baikin, in his capacity as the General Director of JSC Globus, is supporting actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. He is also supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.
