Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant is a Russian aircraft manufacturing company. It provides warplanes to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. It has signed and executed several long-term contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defence for the supply of the Su- 35S and the Su-57 fighter aircraft. The Su-35S and Su-57 are used by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Moreover, it is supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Plant est une entreprise de construction aéronautique russe. Elle fournit des avions de guerre aux forces armées de la Fédération de Russie. Cette entreprise a signé et exécuté plusieurs contrats à long terme avec le ministère russe de la défense pour la fourniture des avions de combat Su-35S et Su-57. Les Su-35S et Su-57 sont utilisés par les forces armées de la Fédération de Russie dans le cadre de la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine.
