Aleksej Kuzmenkov

Aleksey Kuzmenkov has been appointed to Deputy Defence Minister for logistics. He is former deputy Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation (Rosgvardia) – deputy Commander-in-Chief of Rosgvardia. Units of the Rosgvardia have been sent to the areas under the control of the Russian authorities, such as Kherson, Henichesk, Berdyansk and certain areas of Mariupol, in order to suppress protests by the local population. They have also taken part in the killing, rape and torture of civilians in Bucha, Ukraine. Members of Rosgvardia have arrested pro-Ukrainian citizens and have set up a military-police administration. In his previous and current capacity, he is therefore responsible for, supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and stability and security in Ukraine.

Alexey Kuzmenkov est chef adjoint de la Garde nationale de la Fédération de Russie et ancien vice-ministre de la défense chargé de la logistique. Il est ancien directeur adjoint du service fédéral de la Garde nationale de la Fédération de Russie (Rosgvardia) — vice-commandant en chef de la Rosgvardia. Des unités de la Rosgvardia ont été envoyées dans des zones placées sous le contrôle des autorités russes, telles que Kherson, Henichesk, Berdyansk et certaines zones de Marioupol, afin de réprimer les protestations de la population locale. Elles ont également pris part aux assassinats, viols et tortures de civils à Boutcha, en Ukraine. Des membres de la Rosgvardia ont arrêté des citoyens pro-ukrainiens et mis en place une administration de police militaire. En son ancienne qualité et en sa qualité actuelle, il est donc responsable d’actions ou de politiques qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine ou la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine, et soutient et met en œuvre de telles actions et politiques.
